The Bedford Park Bicycle Club
The BPBC has mapped out some cycle routes starting from Bedford Park to explore different areas of London. The routes are designed to avoid busy main roads and should be suitable for everyone including those less experienced on bikes.
Bedford Park to Shepperton
With lots of Thames-side cycling. It’s fairly long (46km) but flat and pretty easy going. Well worth getting out that far.

It’s 20km, on quiet roads and parks, so very do-able.
